Krista Nicole ft. Tyler Ward - Two Is Better Than One - Boys Like Girls Taylor Swift Cover

I missed two months blogging but today I decided to post just for an update. Not really a search targeted post.

Heard of the song Two is Better than One of Boys Like Girls feat. Taylor Swift? I like collaboration songs like this one. But what caught my attention is the covered version of Krista Nicole and Tyler Ward.  Some of the viewers commented that it's way better than the original. For me, I consider it ballad version of the song and it's really great. Like it!

Below are the videos of Boys Like Girls feat Taylor Swift and Krista Nicole and Tyler Ward's cover of Two is Better than one.

Funny Jokes on Politics

Here's another joke I have stumbled upon at my iGoogle joke feed. I won't be discussing much about this.

Enjoy!

A thief stuck a pistol in a man's ribs and said, "Give me your money."

The gentleman, shocked by the sudden attack, said "You cannot do this, I'm a United States congressman!"

The thief said, "In that case, give me my money!"

ntldr is missing : Problem Solved

Earlier tonight, my mother-in-law's desktop with Windows XP installed was in trouble tonight particularly NTLDR is missing file press CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart.

This was actually the second time it happens at the said PC. The solution I did the first time I encountered the NTLDR is missing error was to simply obtained a copy from my PC and viola it works. Tonight is quite different, my pc is still out of service so I can't slave the hard disk of the PC with the said error. Which I actually did to copy the missing system file.

Since I will be bothering our neighbor for me to implement the first solution, this time around I tried another solution. What I did was to run the Windows XP CD and installed a new one. Reformat? not really. I just installed a new Windows at the default drive which is C:\. During the installation, it has detected a folder Windows and the installer asked two question, sounds like, do I want to overwrite the same folder or use another. Of course I choose another folder and named it Windows2.

After the installation process, I expect it would be a dual-boot but it wasn't really. So, I just opened the newly installed Windows XP. Hmm everything was intact and checked the system files such as ntldr, ntuser, ntdetect and boot are existing. With that, I decided to edit the boot.ini file with the following details:

After installing new Windows XP at Windows2 folder of drive C:

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\Windows2
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\Windows2="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

Edited with this

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\Windows
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\Windows="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

Technically, I just pointed the boot file to locate the previous Windows XP installtion. Pressed restart and viola.It works as usual. No installation of sound, videocard drivers and other softwares. NTLDR is missing solved. Hope I've shared helpful solution.

Activists have shut down climate destroyers in Indonesia!

Good News! I'm glad that a climate destroyer from Indonesia was shut down by activists. I'm really proud to be a member of the group Greenpeace. I may not be actively blogging about climate change but deep inside me I admit I will be the one directly affected by effects of climate change.

Let's make a difference.

By the way, here's the details of the latest accomplishment of the activist from Indonesia.

Greenpeace action underway now in the Indonesian rainforest!

Activists are stopping climate destruction now!

Early today 13 activists locked down cranes at one of the largest pulp and paper mills in the world and 4 activists still remain - as this e-mail was sent operations at the export facility had been stopped for 9 hours already.

Deforestation is a root cause of climate change - contributing approximately 1/5 of global greenhouse gas emissions - and the Indonesian rainforest is one of the frontlines of forest destruction.

There are only 11 days remaining until the UN Climate Summit in Copenhagen and our activists are sending a clear message to world leaders: they must avert climate chaos and end tropical deforestation by agreeing to a fair, ambitious and legally binding climate deal at the Summit.

Get the latest updates from the action and support our climate defenders!
